I thought some here would like to see some of the real truths regarding the company, originally posted by our good friend over at RB .....
HISTORY LESSON #1
1st Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun is a scam."
They claimed that the whole corporation was a scam. A company with no offices, no staff,
etc. That didn't work for long. They were proved totally WRONG.
2nd Claim from the Bashers:
"Officers of the company are crooks."
They couldn't make that stick. They were WRONG.
3rd Claim from the Bashers:
"We can't intimidate you, so we'll threaten your family".
Messages mentioning the wives and children of officers of the company were posted in
threatening tones. That didn't work either. These threats were reported to the authorities.
Whichever basher thought that was a good tactic was WRONG.
4th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun will never sue us because they are afraid of the discovery process if the case
goes to court."
ZiaSun filed two lawsuits proving this theory absolutely WRONG.
5th Claim from the Bashers:
ZSUN will be delisted by the SEC any day now.
It never happened. The bashers were again WRONG.
6th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun will never publish its audited accounts for 1998."
The company published these audited accounts on its website. Again, the bashers were
WRONG.
7th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZiaSun will never issue its 10-SB to become a fully reporting company and move up to
the Nasdaq."
ZiaSun filed its 10-SB in September proving the bashers again to be completely WRONG.
8th Claim from the Bashers:
"The 10-SB is full of mistakes."
They scoured the document, took a few cheap shots, but soon stopped when they obviously
realized that yet again they were WRONG.
9th Claim from the Bashers:
"There will be a massive dumping of ZSUN stock in early October when large blocks of
stock belonging to insiders become unrestricted."
Surprise, surprise, this did not happen. These lying, cowardly, low-life were, once again
proved WRONG.
10th Claim from the Bashers:
"We could be wrong about the dumping, maybe there was a conspiracy to dump the stock
earlier though offshore holding companies."
It might make good fictional reading, but the bashers' track record says it all ??.. WRONG.
11th Claim from the Bashers:
"The 10-SB will not be approved by the SEC. "
The bashers are always WRONG.
12th Claim from the Bashers:
"The new dump date is October 11."
See claims No.9 and No.10. Again they were, yes ?. WRONG.
13th Claim from the Bashers:
"ZSUN will not move up to Nasdaq."
