Geoff: I think you answered your own question. When GPGI shows the
world they are able to extract PGM's profitably from the desert sands,
financing will be a very small issue indeed. The financing could
take many forms it seems to me, e.g., JV, bank loan, private placement,
buy-out, etc. In fact, I bet Dick Jensen will have more offers of
financial help than a good-looking hooker on Kanal Straat.

Think of it! Platinum, etc., from the desert sand... sort of sounds
like alchemy doesn't it?

On another subject, IR/PR. Believe me, when the technical problems
have been solved and the process can be replicated, there will be
money for PR and Dick Jensen won't be bashful about spending it. His
position has always been that production results must come before
witless hyping. Now that it appears we are very close to achieving
something positive, let's give Dick a break for a few weeks to see
what develops. He's never been bashful about keeping shareholders
informed, but he has been perpetually reluctant to "make news," just
to appease speculators, or even long term investors.

I liked the stock action the last few hours today. I wonder if our
friend Zeev will really wait for a break-out above $3.50 to buy anew?

Regards to all--
