As always, good and bad... The CEO of Showcase cases decides to get involved with a hot internet idea, Top Listing, which hypes web addresses until they make it to the top 20 list of a major search engine (kinda like the SI hot list), sure hope he doesn't get too wrapped up in the sexy internet stuff to the detriment of the case selling business - it could happen. Doublecase's website has been upgraded so it now looks as good as the Showcase sites. Top Listing is listed as a participant at COMDEX, BANY is not. BANY has pledged to lock up most of their ANYI shares, but they also claim that those same shares are their sole source of financing, and they just paid $180,000 for new acquisitions for which they apparently had no cash on hand. BANY's recent filings were un-audited, hardly a confidence builder for gettin re-listed anytime soon. Hard to get a clear read on BANY's direction, seems to be retracing its past. IMO ANYI still has a chance, but it needs to do things on its own, and not by relying on other companies like BANY. If ANYI can't find better company, then maybe they deserve what comes. Here's to hoping for some positive news from ANYI before the lock-up!
