Got it. So, because the price rising would trigger technical selling at the 200DMA (100; 50 and 20 too), the rise in price would have to be quick, decisive, and strong (on strong information/news) in order to resist the price settling back down due to the selling off? Makes sense if I've got it right. You're right, it could lead to par- al- y- sis.
