Help!! does this latest release mean that if we can weave together an approximately 1.1 million share coalition that we can nominate a independent director? That is the way I read it. I am interested in this endeavor. What was the final share count on the protest letter list? Surely others on the thread will want to support this effort.

We have already heard from two individuals that expressed an interest in running for Pyng director:

Grant MacMillan
Bernard Eblaum

I have not heard from Bernard in a while so I am not sure he is still interested. But I propose that we take all nominations and have a secret ballot. Maybe we could even have a couple of real time chat sessions on the new Yahoo.com Pyng Technologies public club to discuss the nominees. What does everone else think? It would be ashame to miss this opportunity.

Here is the address for the public Yahoo.com club I created for Pyng. Anyone can join free just establish a Yahoo.com ID and go to the address then click on the Join the club icon and follow the directions.
