Chad,
I was willing before and I'm willing now to help keep Yetwene. However, I think STS management will have to make it worthwhile, in other words give a step by step account of how they're going to proceed if they want to gain many of their shareholders confidence back. There's many folks out there that haven't sold yet because they don't want to take anymore of a financial pounding then they have to. Of course, anyone still hanging on like me has already taken a significant pounding on paper. Also, I'm sure some of the shareholders might be willing to participate if they get some kind of commitment in writing by the management that they will do their best to bring Yetwene to production as quickly as possible. I know that's a REAL long shot.
These aren't my conditions, but if you want to get enough players participating in the PP to make this work it may be the only way. The last few weeks STS didn't seem that worried about losing Yetwene. What makes you think they'll want to push a PP? Wasn't that an option before? Also, it was stated before 1000 registered shareholders at 1000 each would generate 1 million it sounds like you're talking about a significant additional investment in a company that many do not have a lot of faith in right now. Don't get me wrong, if we can pull this off I'm all for it. But is it still possible to keep Yetwene? What ever happened to that dredge we paid for and we were just waiting for the permits to operate it? Since we didn't use it do we get that money back? That was around 400K.

Sorry, don't mean to ramble on, just want to make sure we don't get more discouraged.

Bill
