Well the police in my general area are going to be prepared. At least that's what we say. Up here in Pa. Dutch country we must be averaging 3 to 10 reported shootings a week. I am talking about Allentown, or Harrisburg, or York, or Lancaster, or Reading. And I mean each town, every week. And only the reported ones. If we lose electric what does everyone think it will be like then. The elderly, poor Spanish, Whites, Blacks, ect are already prisoners in their own homes. But the local governments say the police are ready for the new year. Hell, they are overworked now! Can you say National Guard? We better have electric! If not, all I can say is to pray. It's already out of hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Runner
