Well, I can't rule anything out, but any money you make won't be on fundamentals. IMO, this stock is basically a scam, and has been for some time. Latest annual financials show a company desperate for cash, with little prospect of getting it. The company also has no track record of anything but failure. It keeps hopping from one line of business to another, and never seems to make any money at any of them. It's your money to invest as you see fit, but my friendly advice would be not to throw good money into this one.
