I have to agree. I read somewhere that 95% of the business comes from the U.S. The company has mentioned a number of times that they are 'entertaining' the notion of a domicile change this year and may be part of the scenerio in their next merger.
I may try and attend the Annual Meeting and see if one can get a better answer.

I talked briefly with William Block today, who is the analyst for AmEco at Meyerson. He also seems to think the 'f' is a hindering institutional investors. And part of the reason for this is that he thinks McGinnis is much too secretive regarding the details of the company. He says a lot of institutions have taken a look at AmEco, but want more detailed public information about the sources of revenues and earnings. He thinks the filings with the SEC that will start soon should help - so could the Big 6 accounting firm.
He also mentioned that a lot of small caps have been lagging in this market and hoped that would change soon.
