** SHOULD ANYONE SELL WINR? BOTTOM LINE **

No...and maybe.....read on...

No, if you believe that WINR has truly earned about 5 cents per share in the first half of 1999 and is poised to double or
triple those earnings in the second half since that might make WINR the most profitable stock among well over
1,000 companies priced under $1.00 per share

I repeat...that might make WINR the very most PROFITABLE company UNDER $1.00 on the OTC/BB today! Quite a
statement, huh? But more important quite an accomplishment, no?

I mean is no one impressed by that or do some of you just not really believe it?

You see, ultimately all companies stock price is valued based on just two things:

1) Current earnings per share performance
2) Expected future performance.

That's it, folks! It really is that simple.
Every analyst will tell you that EPS and PE are the 2 things that a stock is valued on and WINR may very well
be very close to deserving a valuation of $4.00-$5.00 per share.

Remember the 4th quarter is nearly half over.
The 3rd quarter is over.

Are there any circumstances under which some should sell?
Yes, if you really believe that WINR is grossly mismanaged or a scam. But I have not heard anyone that feels it is a
scam and I cannot believe anyone who says WINR is grossly mismanaged since WINR is so profitable. To say it is still
so profitable yet grossly mismanged somehow doesn't compute to me. Am I making any sense?

All the other talk should not distract one from that calm rationale of the earnings performance. Does anyone really
disagree with that?

PS-- I guess the other reason to sell WINR is if you are a daytrader or just cannot wait any longer for WINR to come back. Hey, that's valid too, just don't get upset with yourself if WINR takes off at some point.

I know that feeling too well. I sold WLGS too early as it ran from 20 cents to $4.00; ditto TLTG running from $1.25 to $16, PNLK from $1.00 to $8.00, SYCD from 25 cents to $3.50, SHAL from $2.25 to $20, etc., etc. They all sat at low levels for weeks and months and some were heavily manipulated and then they took off. I did well, but sold too early on most of them. This time I am being more patient.

Whatever you all decide to do, good luck.
