Mark,

Thanks for your thoughts about the current predicament with GMGC.

Some of what is said below is IMO and other ideas have been stolen from others. What I didn't address most likely means I agree with you or I got tired of writing or just plain forgot.

I hate the preferred holders by the way.

Please don't take anything I say below in a bad way. I do respect your opinion. Hope your trip back to the US is uneventful.

Take care.
Kurt

PS I still think GMGC is a gamble at this time. But with the GM announcement, I think the odds are heavily stacked in our favor.

>>The company continues getting less than $500,000 per quarter in earnings. They would make more money with their number of employees doing a cleaning service. >>
That was a hit below the belt if I ever saw one. LOL Can't argue with that statement one bit as facts are hard to argue against. Plus, I have no idea what cleaning services clear or make these days:)

I had today off (Vets Day) and must have looked at current quotes 100 times today. I am not an expert by the way (that is my disclaimer). At one time the bid size was 160K and the ask size was 20K yet the price of the stock continued to decline. I would estimate that 90% of the time I looked, the bid size greatly outnumbered the ask size. Me being a capitalistic pig dog, I would think that if the demand is greater than supply then the price would go up. This was definitely not the case today. The price was manipulated today. Manipulation at its finest. My question is why? Something is going on behind the scenes that I can't answer. I am p.o.ed that I don't have the ability to do anything about this manipulation.

>>Now, the company is late to market with a product that is being repeated by many look alikes>>
I agree with you to a point on this. Why wouldn't it take other companys the same amount of time to "beta" test their priduct prior to going to market. Also, the ace in the hole is Kenya. Per SM during the CC, Kenya is now deployed in the NOC. VUI and Kenya has the potential of being the next killer app. SM also said said keep you your eyes open when he reference XCIT and myTalk (ie Kenya IMO) The question is when will it bring in the recurring revenues?

Regarding the 80 million shares outstanding. Well, with the $20 mil from GM, GMGC may not have to take any money from the CC sharks. If this turns out to be correct, then we can subtract about 10 million from the 80 mil shares outstanding per the CC.

Reference you BOD statement. They suck pure and simple. They have done nothing to assist GMGC IMO. With GM aboard and with an equity interest and an interest in VUI, things may change on the board of directors. We are talking billions of $s per PRs by GM. By the way, the biggest challenge for GMGC is to follow a "very aggressive" path dictated by OnStar (per SM in the CC).

>>So, where does that leave GMGC? Well, they've entered now into an agreement with the great innovator in technology GM. Wow, what a dynamic partner.>>

I disagree with your cynical attitude concerning GM and GM not being an innovator. GM is the #1 Fortune 500 company. They have the muscle and money. They wouldn't have chosen GMGC if they thought GMGC would go out of business. GM sees a multi-billion dollar market and they want to capitalize on this market ASAP. Read some PRs from the last 2 months or so from GM. They are being very aggressive IMO.

Your opinion is greatly valued and this is a response from Hawk. Another poster wanted other opinions from your SI post. That says a lot about your posts IMO. I highlighted a portion of Hawk's response which I agree with totally. VUI and graphics will co-exist. I love myTalk and have used it extensively. I personally like having my messages read to me while I am in my car using the cell phone. So I guess we disagree on whether email is better read or read to.

That requires a long answer, one which I dont have the time for now, and maybe not the ability to answer. However, as much as I agree with Mark on many things, I do not see the necessity for GMGC to jump with both feet into WAP at this point. WAP is in release 1.x presently. While it is always easy to say that first releases are buggy, there are more pressing issues such as digital network coverage (all of them claim it. I dont believe it), phone command simplicity or complexity(phones dont have QWERTY keyboards), memory(only the Neopoint 1000 that I know of), and finally and most importantly what does the customer think. Wireless networks costs are not the same as ISP wireline costs, i.e. fixed monthly subscriptions.

WAP uses a specification known as WML(wireless markup language). It is a subset, or specific application of XML which GMGC uses for agent technology and most companies are beginning to standardize on for backend data identification. XML is a meta-language. A language about languages. WML is being designed as a specific wireless XML compliant language..I dont think it would be any great shakes for GMGC to implement this as the language matures and carriers, handset vendors, marketers see what kind of information it is that people REALLY want and use and in what format.

Graphics wont replace voice. Voice wont replace graphics. They will co-exist. Customers will decide what they want. Look for simplicity and ease of use. Works every time. All too often in preliminary stages of technology, people like to assume a zero sum game. NOT.
