WRDP - well using my fingers and toes, some paper and a crayon I ran through the books. Looks like, worst case I can assume, it means the book value is $6/share after the deal, assuming all current fixed assets are wiped out, all current warrants and options are exercised to fully dilute it, and they are taxed on the sale at 50%.

I didn't take into account the additional cash that would come in from the exercise of warrants or options.

Looks like a real deal, not smoke and mirrors. Energis is publicly traded in the UK with a stock price around $34.
