Before the Bell - Dell up slightly -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEW YORK, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Shares of Dell Computer Corp. were up slightly in pre-opening trade on Instinet Friday after the company posted quarterly results that matched Wall Street expectations.
