As Steve Johnson Previously Indicated the DD is concentrating on Clear Title and Environmental Considerations. What I can remember from my discussions with Hub is that it is close to a river and the original owners would wash the silt/overburden into it. It is a benign process so the environmental impact was minimal with this type of opearation. But I don't know what type of operation this one would be. Scarn implies what type of process? For example if the JV is with Placer or Cambior they would be extremely careful with the spill potential. Could it be another price depression so the insiders coul load up on more stock. Min you they had the rights distribbutuion, a "poor timing of drill hole data" etc, and the stock subsequently rose. Cheers Winzer Cheers WInzer
