And Jim, note that the firms arguing for the higher valuation were two of those that managed the offering. Conflict? Also see that the firms "got" their shares at $41 about...wonder when they will "be gone".

That said, company still seems poised to grow their business if the cable "rebuild" continues.

Are they involved in Optical Fiber at all?
