Francis Marchese Named CFO of Chromatics Color Sciences International

NEW YORK, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Francis Marchese has been named Chief Financial Officer for Chromatics Color Sciences International (Nasdaq: CCSI), a New York City-based color science technology company. The announcement was made today by Chief Executive Officer Darby Macfarlane.

Mr. Marchese joins Chromatics after seven years as CFO for Pharmaceutical Formulations, Inc., located in Edison, N.J. He previously was Director of Finance and Controller for Primex Plastics Corporation, Garfield, N.J., from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1989, he was an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick in New York City.

Mr. Marchese, who is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pace University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Ms. Macfarlane commented, "Finding a top quality CFO for our company has been a very high-priority objective. We are extremely pleased to have Frank join our management team. He brings to us strong professional credentials and a wealth of relevant experience. I look forward to working with him."
