This is a question I have been wondering about re the 40 acre plot acquired by SOP and company. I find it a little odd that SOP would have been able to acquire a plot (small as it is) right next door to the Cal Canal parcel. How is it that they actually acquired the plot so close to Cal Canal and what certainty is there that there will not be a legal challenge from BKP et all once the have a declared discovery with x TCF. In plain and simple words is there a possibility that the title of this 40 acres could be challenged in court with some real chance of success? Any thoughts and insights from the thread would be appreciated. Ray
