Actually, I don't think so. Sprint should be focusing on a 3- to 5-year business plan; plotting the direction of the company's future -- "vision." And, they should also focus on improving current capacity and their existing technology. The "vision" component of their strategy is what the marketplace focuses -- what will be, not what is.
