You guys are really missing the point. STS will never get the funding because this deal has been crooked from the beginning. My guess is they never wanted to do the deal in the first place. Probably expected to get bought out before they had to do any work. If it was such a good deal, they would have been lining up in the streets to finance this deal. If STS was really interested in seeing this fly they would just delist from the Vancouver Stock exchange and do their placement. If they wanted they could list on the Over the counter exchange, who cares where they list as long as we do not loose the property. Sure there are risks on the OTC exchange but no more than we have seen on the Vancouver exchange. Look at Westrend WRN they have done more private placements than I can count they never seem to have any trouble coming up with more money. What do they have nothing but drill rigs on wheels. Nothing like a property that is suppose to have 900,000 carats of diamonds on it. The more I think about it the more this whole STS thing makes me sick.
