Fraser - re: the Charterhouse deal - I got the impression that its investment would be in new stock rather than in market purchases so that the cash goes to TISA rather than shareholders. On the other hand, closing such a deal prior to year-end, which I think also was announced, is pretty quick action, and I don't know whether an issuance of new stock, if that is how the investment is going to be made, requires shareholder approval or even public filings. Kind of makes me wish I knew what Israel's corporate governance and securities laws say. For example, it could be a new class of common that is restricted from resale because it is privately placed, but again, I don't know how that would be done. Certainly, ruminating on "what if's" is more fun than actually doing research on things that could affect my bottom line. 8-)

Harry J.
