The T's are in the neck and right at the nerve that runs down the arm. The neurologists that I saw the first (and worst) time weren't keen on the notion of surgery. Therapeutic massage did help a great deal.

Keep in mind that this is a very mild problem right now, more annoying than anything else and not painful.
