ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Insite Vision Inc. (ISV) gave Pharmacia & Upjohn Inc. (PNU) exclusive license to its ISV-900 technology, which tests for multiple genetic markers associated with glaucoma.
In a press release Thursday, Insite said the agreement includes a license fee, on-going research support payments, an equity investment, a credit line and milestone payments with a possible value of $19 million, plus royalties.
Pharmacia & Upjohn will develop the diagnostic product and have rights to its therapeutic applications.
