Now Nesbitt (or a client) looks like they've had enough of EXL. When are we going to participate in a rally, we missed another mini rally earlier this week.

Any guesses as to when this thing will get settled? EXL is trying to stare down GME while the lawyers are apparently closing in on EXL (from other legal fronts). I wish they would do what's right for all concerned before they have to seek bankruptcy protection.

I think that GME is winning this one, just based on share price fluctiation alone (lack of for GME). Anyone brave enough to pick up some EXL at these levels or does it have some more downside? Looks like EXL has broken through some downside resistance this AM.
