Major downgrade for intc: According to CNBC Joe Osha at Merrill Lynch has just informed his staff of a downgrade of intc from a 1 to a 2 due to problems with production/design of rambus and increased competitiveness from AMD. Currently intc is down almost 4 to 75 17/32.
