OT: Steve I'm not invested in DCHT but I maintain that hydrogenated foods are here to sicken. You are correct, they are here to stay....on the shelf for years. The are sort of like plutonium with a long half life and can make you ill twenty years later, imo based on my reading and nutrition seminars I have attended. You can probably even eat the Twinkie you left in your gym locker 20 years ago and it will still taste good as well as gum up your cell membranes.<gg not> Alan
