Bill,Qwerty.Dan and Mike and All, This is just a proposal that I have brought up. I would say that if committed our money in a pp that if approved we could lose it all if STS failed and delisted. I think in a placement like this that if they didn't get what they needed to complete it they would refund our money. Would everyone at this point be willing to let the current management stay on board and if so would there be stipulations such as bringing on a director or directors that had experience as mining experts and a track record of sucess. I had thoughts of them trying to bring on a JV partner that has experience in production and just considering STS as more of an exploration company since they have shown us the ability to bring in some excellent properties. At this point it does make sense for management to come to the shareholders for help financially since so many financial problems have occurred and caused the problem that they are in right now which is raising capital. Keep on talking and hell not everyone has to agree with me we're just exchanging ideas. Chad Beemer
