Rich,

How about if the 10Q contains bad news that they wanted to delay until the last minute??

Like the details of the financing being A?R based and already at its max?

Why delay good news??

Right??

How about when a stock runs up 150% after a bad earnings report (being kind) and THEN news is announced?

Is that the old "buy the rumor, sell the news", that we hear so much about?

Would fit.

No buyout is likely to occur at these levels, and just announcing partnerships doesn't put them in the position to be able to go through over $2 million a quarter in cash for more than a few more months.

Since that's the rate at which they've been burning through it in calendar 1999.

I don't agree that there were tantrums going on at Yahoo.

It would simply appear that Boris finally lost his mind.

Dwight (Bet no one is out looking for it...................)
