Geo2 is preparing its 20-F filing, which contains a five year history of the business and a three year reconciliation of Australian accounts to comply with USGAAP. This OTCBB notification is a little premature and slightly misleading (one of our proposed market makers requested this listing in error) , after the 20-F is filed with SEC and approved we will go directly to NASDAQ small cap early in the new year. In the meantime we will probably have a market in the pinks until NASDAQ is ready (as well as an active market in Australia.)
