MDR - "has insurance for these product liability claims" This is wayyyyyyyy overdone here; funds simply dumping to liquidate - take the tax loss and they are probably pissed if MDR didn't give them good guidance on the JV losses in Greece & Mexico. Conference Call did not display any sense of panic, not that I would expect it to; but "ALL" divisions profitable... backlogs strong... Bottom ? In again at 9 1/4 and will sit at $7 3/4's and at $5; at $5 - I take a few days off (VBG). Hmmmm; I am not going crazy here; but I will gladly make mdr a 15% holding at these prices, with a cost basis of $9, if I double down and just sit for 1- 2 years and MDR will be a 2-3 bagger. People; look at the liability $ numbers... and the provisions... again; this is not Dow Chemical & Bopol India ... and their projected provisions (reserves) are hardly company breakers here ? Allthough; I can surely see why someone not allready in; would just pass at this point (VBG); but I simply see nothing to cut this companies value by 2/3rds...
