Michael Sophie filed on 11/05/99 to sell 22,500 shares.
He can sell those shares at anytime within 90 days of
his filing this Form 144 with the SEC... or not at all.
But I expect he would not file if he did not expect the
price to rise substantially within that time frame.

I believe that the "value" listed at this web page means
nothing... its just the share price at the time he filed
times the number of shares he filed to sell.
