Robert - INTCW has been more popular for some buyers as a listed security with a good spread and a good trading market. The premium for the warrants has also been higher as a result. In other words the LEAPS may not be as good for in and out trading, but for your objectives may be better.

The warrants also have the potential to be extended by Intel so long-term warrant holders may not wish to sell in case their warrants are extended.

From third amendment to warrant agreement (from last year's 10-K filed with the SEC):
"This Warrant expires at 5:00 p.m. New York City time (the "Close of Business") on March 14, 1998 (the "Expiration Date"), unless such date is extended at the option of the Company, "
