Unit sales grew 59%, AUP was down sequentially from $2200 to $2100. Gross margin down 180jbp sequentially to 20.2% due in part to higher DRAM costs.

Merrill has taken down the 4Q99 revenue forecast to 37.7% growth from prior estimate of 40% growth.
