Hickory, a well thought out response. However, if I may
interject a additional thought on UP. I believe that one
of the most important things to look at in any company
is management and the respect in the community of investors
and partners that management engenders. I
strongly suggest that any investor or potential investor
take a long hard look at Watford's record to date and
his vision for the company. Does anyone know exactly how
many lawsuits UP is involved with at this time? I suggest
that if you don't, ask IR for a definite number in writing.
It's your money that's buying management's new homes and
cars.
