Hi Ron

As if we don't have enough to worry about with the effect Bre-x is having on our beloved exploration stocks, I'm becoming concerned with the price of gold once again. A while back gold bounced off 338 up to 360 and has quietly dipped down to the 345 level again. I haven't been around mining stocks all that long and have never followed the price of gold so I don't know what to think of the steady decline I've witnessed. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me whether you've experienced this kind of steady drop (I know you have), and what the outcome was ie...stock prices of exploration companies, and also what the mood was concerning the future price of gold (were people predicting that gold was never comming back?)

Looking foward to your response

Gary
