DALLAS, April 13 (Reuter) - Private software firm SofTechnics Inc said on Friday it has purchased a software business
from Telxon Corp.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but SofTechnics said that 10 software engineers at the Akron,
Ohio-based Advanced Systems Division were part of the acquisition.
