I never remember mentioning anything about a takeover. I do know they have a transmission division that has quality products (numerous awards to show for). I know spinning off the transmission division is quite possible i.e. the NSIL IPO.

Also, how much merit does the class action suits hold. Don't give me an answer, becuase neither you nor I TRUELY know what the outcome will be until it happens. Everyone has their opinion, but that is all it is. I've weighed the evidence, and Osicom's ability to cope with a ruling either way.

Just as a class action lawsuit won could cause problems (how much is arguable since FIBR does have much more equity with the NSIL shares it owns to pay out if a ruling goes against it), if the suit was dismissed the reaction would be very positive I'm sure.

All I'm saying is to at least be a little professional with your short tactics.
