Another way to look at TLAB and CCSC is that of a possible merger. TLAB is much larger, and it very pricey. It could probably swallow CCSC without chewing. I have no idea if this would happen, but it might make sense. I suppose the only advantage to holding undervalued small caps in this market is that they become nifty takeover targets for the pricey large caps. TDW
