It is not pump and dumb. When you buy you need to set your target whether it takes one month, one day, or 2 minutes you need to be discipline and sell when your target is reached. I for one when I like a stock's story long term (years away) and it reaches my target I sell making sure to get my principal + a small profit and I keep a few shares invested.
