twister, just when I thought you were climbing out of the "I-word" closet: ME:>>And it costs the Company nothing! << it cost EMPLOYEES nothing. i costs shareholders plenty. you're a smart engineer. you should know you don't get "money for nothin and the chicks for free." How does your investing in a corporate 401k, with your own income, hurt shareholders? The company matches contributions regardless of the investment.
