Where do you get this information from on Chapter 11. That is a bold statement to make about a company generating profits and revenue.
Form 10 has been filed since September. Doesn't look to me like a company trying to pump and dump.
If you look at the business plan again instead of the plan when the company was trading @ .50 you would see that the company has expanded.
