That's right, "imaginary law suit." That's your own quote!! It is just common sense that you would hire a legal team to defend yourself against possible law suits after such threats were made. However, to date the Attorney General states no such cases have been filed. How about the imaginary SEC trading halt? How about the imaginary penny stock price in the pinks? How about the imaginary form 10? How about the imaginary contract with IBM? How about the imaginary "Final Chapter" on TMRT you promised long ago?? Looks like you are the one with the runaway imagination. Your credibility is really wearing thin.
