I was wondering if someone can check my math. Jawz aquired Offsite for .3524 shares of Jawz for 1 share of Off-Site. Jaws sits at 3.875 US Off-Site sits at .98 US (1.45 CDN). Should not Off-Site be selling at 1.37 US (2.02 CDN) or am I reading the NR of the aquisition incorrectly.
