WRDP - I have no idea what is going on there. They bought the damn thing for 60 million and are selling for 570 million. They are not so far in the hole that it will not have a positive impact. Could be people that got in real cheap or have been holding for a long time just want out. When they are gone maybe we'll see higher ground
