This is my WAG as I have no idea how these guys work. REDI is sitting at the inside ask and selling >150K shares/day. Now who could this seller be? Could it be the month to month financial institution? Unlikely as it would not be in their interest to keep a lid on the price. Could it be a large naked short seller? They would have to be out of their mind to short at this stage of the game. Could it be a big boy long unloading? Impossible to believe. That leaves Castle Creek trying to fully hedge their investment. The only question I have is how they are able to get around the daily share limit. This is the question I have posed to the SEC.
