The price of ABTX is so low right now that the possibility of a hostile takeover at a lowball price is quite large. One gets the feeling that there is still a large gap between what the ABTX board will sell for and what is being offered. Under the circumstances, I feel that a takeover is still several quarters away. I still hope that management will hold out for a reasonable price now that the immediate financial issues have been resolved.
