I have no stake in the company other than my shares. But the response seems measured and reasonable to me. So what is the problem with the person who order the item checking back with the company by phone and clarifing the issue. Seems as if someone else has an agenda. I got this one for a short term play, but I do see potential. The company's medical supply side could provide a serious revenue stream, and with a rumored contract on the way. HUGE profits. The infomerical side is more speculative, but could be just as profitable with a good line of products and talent signed at an affordable cost. Time will tell. If you have time to complain on here then I assume you have time to let an investment work. Just reading and watching. Intell
