It was in the proxy statement sent to shareholders at the end of March. Can be found on pages 7 & 8. Two full pages of repricing in both 1992 and 1996; initially at 6 bucks a share and recently at 7.75. So, even with the drop they are not too far off. But even if they are, they'll just reprice again -- and again -- and again-----. Good luck.
