Andrew,

Recently I had the opportunity to attend a dinner where the key note speaker was the VP of dataquest, his name escapes me at the moment. Key notes:

*In the Semi equipment area there was no greater momentum going forward then in this order:
*Mask makers.
*DUV of course, 248 will prosper until 2002 because we can print 0.13 micron with the 248.
*Cu interconnect

Consumer market
*Set top boxes
*Internet phone
