This certainly looks good. Recent software IPOs are doing extremely well. With a small float I think it can at least match KANA's valuation (3+ billion) if they can create some buzz (e.g. sign some high profile deals).

In my opinion they provide a more complete solution than KANA because CRM need to depend on multiple media(phone, internet, ...) in the foreseeable future.
