B: shopss.com Opens Second Internet Shopping Store in Tel Aviv, Israel;
Announces New Revenue Base Generated From On-site and Online Auctions

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Nov 12, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- shopss.com Inc., the
pioneering virtual shopping mall whose shares began trading on Monday,
(OTC BB:SHPS), Friday announced the opening its second shopss.com
Internet shopping store in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In conjunction with the opening of the Tel Aviv location, shopss.com
also announced that it is now offering online and on-site auctioning.
Each day, shopss.com auctions various items, including brand new cars,
electronics and groceries. Customers can bid on items at the shopss.com
Internet stores or on the shopss.com Web site in Israel. U.S. residents
will have the ability to participate in the online auction within one
week.

Management anticipates opening three additional stores in Israel by the
end of November.

The new Tel Aviv store, located in Dizengoff Center, mirrors the
shopss.com Web site and is displaying a large selection of computers,
including the Apple iMac, computer accessories and the most up-to-date
software.

Visitors to the shopss.com store can register for a shopping club
membership, place online orders, participate in daily auctions and surf
the Web. The new facility also functions as a service and information
center for current shopss.com members. shopss.com plans to open more
Internet shopping stores throughout Israel in the upcoming year.

"With the opening of the new shopss.com store in Tel Aviv, coupled with
the introduction of our online and on-site auctioning, we have seen
shopss.com membership subscriptions rise to an all-time high," said
Rami Adler, chief executive officer of OSCM. "We anticipate accelerated
growth through the next millennium as we continue with our strategic
plan to open more Internet shopping stores while expanding our new
online and onsite auction service."

shopss.com membership requires a two-year contract and a commitment to
spend a minimum of $30 per month on the shopss.com Web site or at the
shopss.com stores in Tel Aviv and Herzlia Petuach. Members who do not
meet the $30 minimum requirement will be charged a $19.95 monthly
service charge.

Beyond the array of products available on www.shopss.com, members can
also shop at other selected Internet stores, including Amazon.com,
jcrew.com and 1-800-FLOWERS.COM.
